Refund Policy for Search Atlas Platform Subscribers

1. Policy Scope and Purpose:

  • This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Search Atlas Platform.
  • This policy establishes guidelines for refund requests and ensures transparency and fairness in our refund process.

2. Refund Eligibility:

  • Subscribers may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of their initial subscription purchase.
  • Refunds will only be considered for the initial subscription purchase and renewal payments.

3. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, subscribers must contact our customer support team at Search Atlas Chat and provide their subscription details.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility will be determined according to the criteria outlined in this policy.

4. Timeframe for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial subscription purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of approval, and depending on the payment method, it may take additional time to reflect in the subscriber’s account.

5. Refund Methods:

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.
  • Alternatively, subscribers may choose to receive a credit towards future subscription payments or other services offered by Search Atlas.

6. Conditions for Refunds:

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Search Atlas has a no-refund policy. For most cases, we will not grant refunds on any grounds, except for specific cases.
  • If you believe there is a refund request that requires further evaluation; the criteria that the Search Atlas team will follow for the refund assessment are the following, a client should meet all to have a successful refund:
    1. Request the refund through our live chat support within the first 48 hours after the billing is completed—that is, within the exact 48 hours after the payment is accepted and processed on our system.

2. The account must show less than 10% of quota usage on any of the Search Atlas tools. If the usage of any of the tool’s quota exceeds 10% of the total quota of that tool the refund can not be granted.

3. For annual plans the client must reach out within the first 72 hours after the billing is completed—that is, within the exact 72 hours after the payment is accepted and processed on our system. In the annual cases a 50% percent refund can be granted by also applying the 10% quota criteria previously stated. 

7. Ways to reach out for a refund:

  • The only available medium to request refunds is the live chat, where the team is present to attend and resolve each case 7 days of the week, any other mediums are not accepted. 

8. Exclusions:

  • This refund policy does not apply to promotional or discounted subscriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Refunds will not be provided for any additional purchases, add-ons, or upgrades made after the initial subscription purchase.
